Document Retrieval

Document retrieval may be required for many purposes, for example, Inland Revenue or VAT audit, insurance claim, health and safety issue, proof of purchase, staff record or pensions query. Whatever the reason, we will strive to ensure the fastest possible retrieval and return to meet your deadline.

When documents or records are required to be retrieved, it can be by individual document, file or complete boxes. Documents will be returned within 48 hours of request, however, more urgent requests for retrieval from archiving can be faxed, scanned for e-mail or couriered if required. An emergency telephone number is supplied to customers in case of urgent retrieval requirements outside of normal office hours.
