The MSR Eurostore document archive is located within Southwell Business Park, at Portland in Dorset, in what was formerly a high-security Ministry of Defence research establishment.

The complex benefits from the inherited MoD security standards, including site perimeter fencing, with the addition of CCTV surveillance, random security patrols, strictly controlled physical access and locked storage rooms.

Smoke alarms are fitted throughout the archive and a no-smoking policy is enforced. Levels of access by customer’s staff can be pre-determined and controlled access to the physical archive is restricted to a small number of specific and identified MSR Eurostore staff. Bernie Cranny, General Manager, has high level MoD security clearance. No unauthorised entry is allowed into the archive.
